We promise we will never sell or pass on your any of your details to anyone (except the online payment processor to verify your details, see below).  We hate spam and junk mail as much as you do.

Once you have registered on our website we are completely committed to respecting your privacy and we will never pass your details to anyone else without asking you first. We only use the information that you give us to process orders, send out orders, process payments and communicate with you about our products and services. By supplying us with your details, you are consenting to us using your details in the ways described above.

When registering your details on our website you will be given the option to join our mailing list.  If you would prefer not to receive emails from us, please contact us and we'll make sure that we remove your details from our mailing lists.


Payment information:

We process our payments though Nochex or Paypal and accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa MasterCard, Delta, Maestro (UK issued), Maestro (Other Issue), Switch, Solo and Visa Electron via these processors.

We do not hold any of your credit/debit card information.  When you go to the checkout your order details and address are passed to the secure payment processors server (look for the 's' on https or the padlock symbol on your browser) where you can then enter your payment card details.  We do not see, hold or store them at all.

The payment processors utilised by this website use Internet standard encryption technology to mix up your sensitive data when you transmit it to them. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer).  The payment processors use the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL)

A way of identifying that the pages are secure is by looking at the address in the address bar, when it is secure, it will change from being http:// to https:// . You will also see a padlock symbol or an unbroken key in the bottom bar of your browser.

Some computers may prevent this secure connection. In these cases we recommend that you choose either cheque or postal order (UK only) as your payment method.
