All claims for delivery shortages must be reported to us within 14 days of the payment date.

We will not be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information being given, declined payment cards or other delays incurred by third parties. Any unforseen costs due to incorrect information being given will be the responsibilty of the customer.

Refunds will be credited to your payment card, Paypal account, Nochex account, or via cheque or postal order. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
